GLOW YOUNGER LED: ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

The Glow Younger TriLight LED has a one-year limited warranty for return and repair due to a manufacturing defect.

Defect must be reported and verified in video or pictures and sent to support@christinebyer.com. Upon receipt of an approved return, we will send an exchange within 48 – 72 hours of receipt of return during normal business hours.

Warranty does not cover shopper abuse such as scratches, cracks, dropping, breakage, or failing to operate as instructed, or damage from water or products getting into the device or damage to cord or using a cord other than provided by the manufacturer, or from misuse or abuse.

If a shopper returns a product that has not been approved for exchange, the shopper forfeits his/her right to an exchange. The product will be destroyed and no refund issued.

TIME MASTER PRO (TMP): ONE (1) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

Seller warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of one (1) year from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, Seller will replace the defective device via an approved exchange. Such replacement must be approved via the verification of the defect or malfunction in video and/or pictures and proof of purchase.

TMP WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This warranty does not include:

  • Any condition resulting from use the device was not intended. 
  • Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
  • Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents which includes scratches, cracks, dropping, breakage, or damage from submerging in water, using it with water instead of water-based GEL, or products getting into the device or damage to cord (using a cord other than provided by the manufacturer) or from misuse or abuse.
  • Normal wear and tear 
  • Discoloration of pads due to using harsh chemicals to clean it. 
  • Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance of adapter or battery

TMP CLAIM PROCEDURES:

  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 48 HOURS after the merchandise is received.
  • It is our policy to replace warranty claims whenever possible. 
  • Cash refunds are not available. Store credit only.
  • Pictures and/or a video is required to verify defective merchandise. If the claim is approved, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced.
  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within ONE year from delivery date.
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging and include all parts including the screwdriver and the adapter.
  • We reserve the right to inspect item before shipping a replacement. Should we find it in working order, we will return the device and will not send a replacement.

THE CURVE FACE AND BODY: TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY 

Seller warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for a period of two (2) years from the original invoice date.

During the warranty period, Seller may elect to repair or replace the defective device via the exchange approval process. Such replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and proof of purchase.

  • Claims for missing parts must be made within 48 HOURS after the merchandise is received.
  • It is Sellers policy to replace warranty claims whenever possible. 
  • Refunds are processed via Store Credit ONLY.
  • Pictures and/or video is required to validate claim defective merchandise. If the claim is approved, the item(s) or part(s) will be replaced.
  • Claims for defective merchandise must be made within 2 years from receipt of product. 
  • Any claim for defective merchandise returns must be packed in original packaging and include charging cord.
  • We reserve the right to inspect item before shipping a replacement or issuing a store credit. Should we find it in working order, we will return the device and will not send a replacement or offer Store Credit.

What does the warranty not cover:

  • A device that has not been properly commissioned or used in accordance with the instructions.
  • A device that has been used or handled in a manner advised against or warned against in the instructions such as failing to use a water-based conducting gel, using the device while it was plugged in and charging, overuse leading to overheating, etc.
  • A device has been improperly treated or maintained, in particular by means or methods that cause physical or superficial damage (e.g. to LCD displays) using harsh chemicals or abrasive to clean the device.
  • A change in the serial number on the device, deleted, removed or made unreadable.
  • A device in which repairs, adjustments or changes to the equipment are made by persons or companies who are not authorized to do so by CBE 
  • Damage caused by external sources (lightning, water, fire, etc.) or by improper handling - dropping the device.
  • The unit has a low work efficiency because cords or accessories were used that were not made by the manufacturer. 
  • Autonomous, improper transport (e.g. with inappropriate packaging or handling) causing damage or the device has suffered fall damage.
  • Soiling such as a large amount of dust, dirt, or nicotine deposits in ventilation slots, displays, lamps, light diodes, etc. is affecting the functionality of the device.
