Let's Be Delicate Eye Makeup Remover quickly dissolves eye make up with no irritation. It is formulated and designed to be similar to tears - very gentle! This dispenses as a light foam making it easy to apply to a clean spoolie brush or disposable wand without spillage for those with eyelash extension. It is easily applied to a cotton swab as well.

Instructions
Apply a generous amount on a cotton pad or a clean, disposable eyelash wand. Gently wipe across your closed eye taking care to be VERY gentle. Allow the formula to dissolve your makeup. Only takes 30 seconds to one minute! Repeat if needed.
Active Ingredients
Cocamidopropyl Betaine: Gentle cleansing and conditioning properties. Very mild and is used to decrease irritations. Benzalkonium Chloride: Gentle anti-bacterial properties.
